I carefully package and ship all my paintings myself. I use a variety of carriers depending on who has the best service for your painting. I always purchase insurance incase of damage or loss. I will always provide you with your tracking number. Paintings in the US typically arrive 2-5 days after I ship. I usually ship a painting 1-2 days after an order is placed.

international shipping

I am able to ship internationally at the expense of the client. I can ship unframed paintings rolled in a tube which will need to be reassembled by a professional framer in your country. I can also ship paintings 16x20in or smaller intact in a box. Since cost depends on country, size of the painting, and shipping method, please contact me before you purchase your painting to determine the final price including shipping.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your painting you may ship it back to me at your expense within 90 days of purchase. If it is still in sellable condition I will gladly refund you your payment minus shipping.

Custom Paintings

Due to the labor of creating a work of art specific for you, I do not accept returns nor give refunds for custom work. If your painting is not a portait of any kind, I may be able to provide you with an exchange for another painting available on my website.
